Manage large volumes of outgoing and incoming phone calls. Respond to incoming customer emails. Conduct various customer surveys. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Send daily and monthly reports to the direct superior.
