Supervise and support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, payroll, BPJS, and HR administration. Supervise and support daily GA operations including building and operational vehicle maintenance, purchasing of office equipment and personal protective equipment, renewal or update any company’s formalities or report in OSS/LKPM, SiiNAs, etc Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Support employee engagement programs and performance management processes. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism. Prepare HR-related reports, data analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
