Managing existing and developing new customer accounts in both local and designated overseas markets. Such activities include but not limited to frequent contacts either by telecommunication or visits/meetings, quotations, price & terms negotiations, order processing and follow up, receivables monitoring and collection Research, identify and secure business potentials in various market segments through technical selling/marketing of the Company’s products and services Support, manage and develop further the Company’s precious metals refining and trading business in designated customer accounts/markets Report to the Head of Sales on a timely basis all updated competitive intelligence in relation to designated accounts/projects/markets Collaborative skills needed to liaise with various internal departments to ensure orders are handled properly Carry out specific projects/undertakings that may be designed by Head of Sales
