Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst. Strong understanding of database, data management, and business process modeling. Proficient in data and system analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Ability to create technical and business documentation (Flowcharts, UML, Use Case, etc.). Knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and digital transformation is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work across departments, both independently and in teams, under tight deadlines. Fast Learning, fast adaption and Humble Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
