Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth for Midea's RAC products in the assigned territory Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong relationships with key customers Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales and marketing initiatives Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate quality leads Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management Ensure excellent customer service and support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the consumer electronics Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics and customer behaviour in the RAC segment Excellent communication for negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and lead a sales team Ability to think strategically, set and achieve ambitious sales goals, and implement data-driven sales initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate sales performance and implement corrective actions Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
