Ensure recruitment and personnel administration by candidates sourcing, recruit, cooperate with line managers to schedule the interview and selection candidates to get the right person for all vacancies in a timely manner Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately Provide support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion, and offboarding) Cover the HR administrative tasks
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experienced in the digital industry is a plus Familiar with the modern recruitment process Familiar with Google workspace and Job Portal processing Comfortable working in a high paced environment Experienced in HR matters such as BPJS, working agreement, attendance, C&B, and people development Good command of English (written and speaking) Agree to work at the office Attitude "can do” and self-motivated.
