Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and balanced Analysing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to help the management team make informed decisions Ensuring compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and all other relevant financial regulations Collaborating with the wider finance team to improve financial processes and controls Providing support and guidance to junior accounting staff, mentoring and developing their skills
