Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion. - Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. - Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and innovative. - Generate and nurture high-quality leads, driving pipeline growth and conversion through strategic engagement and follow-up. - Prepare and present high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and unique selling points. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes. - Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making, ensuring our strategies are data-driven and effective. - Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies, optimizing results and driving business growth.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the logistics or account management industry, with a proven track record of success. - Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to apply these effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making, drive business outcomes, and measure performance. - Creativity and innovative thinking to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive results and differentiate us from competitors. - Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and platforms. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Logistics, demonstrating a solid foundation in the principles and practices of sales and marketing.
