Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR policy compliance. Act as a strategic partner to management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals. Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development efforts. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. Manage & assist payroll, compensation & benefits administration. Support organisational change and culture-building programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with minimum 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices. Proven leadership and communication skills. Experience in fast-paced or multi-cultural environments is a plus. Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and an advantage if you have Mandarin.
