International Purchasing Officer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Actively communicate with vendors to manage customer orders. Maintain and update supplier/vendor databases, purchasing records, and related documentation. Calculate landed costs for each item ordered. Handle shipments and import clearance from international suppliers to the warehouse accurately, safely, and on time. Review and evaluate purchase requests and quotations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with suppliers and vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specifications, prices, and deadlines.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, purchasing, or a related role within the retail industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or a related field. Proven experience in handling import and export, purchasing, and communicating with international suppliers. Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors, including experience in managing purchase orders. Excellent business communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Indonesian. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to demonstrate problem-solving skills. Professional, positive, and highly motivated attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Google Sheets. Passion for retail and luxury products
