Lead and perform end-to-end Quality Assurance activities for applications and infrastructure. Conduct reviews of design documents, architecture, and development artifacts to ensure compliance with QA standards. Develop and manage test strategy, test plans, and test cases for digital systems. Validate business process logic, functional specifications, and technical integration. Monitor and evaluate testing results, ensuring issues are documented and resolved. Coordinate with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams to ensure test environment readiness. Provide technical recommendations for improving QA processes and software quality. Contribute expertise to other Bank Indonesia digital development initiatives as required.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of QA/QC principles, software testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and DR testing. Capable of reviewing documentation, design, and code to ensure alignment with Bank Indonesia’s QA standards. Familiarity with test automation tools and QA frameworks. Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
