Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s financial and budgeting strategies to support organizational goals. Lead the financial closing and reporting process to ensure alignment with Holding Company objectives and long-term financial strategy. Manage financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, and reporting, in compliance with PSAK and fiscal regulations. Oversee and ensure the integrity of financial activities, fostering accuracy, compliance, and transparency across all transactions. Monitor business performance and financial health, identify potential risks, and develop strategic mitigation plans to support continued growth. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management to guide decision-making. Lead coordination and communication with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and reliability. Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to drive high performance and operational excellence.
