Maintain and nurture existing customers. Identify and acquire new customers to increase sales. Ensure the achievement of targets. Complete administrative tasks required of a Sales Executive (e.g., monthly visit reports, sales forecasts, preparing price quotations, and submitting/creating credit limits). Assist in handling customer complaints. Support the follow-up of customer billing.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree. Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a chemical company. Demonstrated proficiency in sales with strong selling skills. Fluent in English, spoken, listen and written (mandatory). Possess strong soft skills, including responsibility, diligence, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, reporting, presentation, and communication skills (holding relevant training certificates will be an advantage). Possess a positive attitude, high motivation, initiative, and a can-do mindset. Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for daily sales administration. Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A). Willing to be placed in West Jakarta, and Surabaya. Full-time position(s) available.
