Proactively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to secure new business Maintaining and growing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and pipeline Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
