Bachelor degree from any major Fluent in English is a must Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate with Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Good appearance A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
