Facilitate in the design and implementation of organization structures to support organizational change and development initiatives Develop and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions and job classifications for all positions within organization Utilize job evaluation methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness in job classification Develop and maintain workforce planning models to inform recruitment, retention and succession planning strategies Lead or support projects related to organization development and workforce planning ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget Work closely with senior leadership, HR, business leaders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective organizational design
