
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR administration. - Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations. - Handle Industrial Relations matters, including communication with labor unions, collective labor agreement (CLA/PKB) negotiations, and labor dispute resolution. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with business goals. - Act as a strategic business partner to management on workforce planning and organizational development. - Prepare HR reports for internal stakeholders and government authorities (e.g., labor office, auditors). - Promote a positive workplace environment and employee engagement across all departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience (Manager) or 3 years (Assistant Manager) in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment. - In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and proven experience in managing industrial relations and labor unions. - Hands-on experience in handling full-spectrum HR functions (end-to-end). - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Capable of operating both strategically and operationally. - Willing to be based on-site and engage directly with the production floor as needed.
