
Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across different platforms and channels. Supervise, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and improve recruitment efficiency. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and desired skills and experience for positions. Strengthen and promote employer brand to attract top industry talent, coordinating with marketing when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience in the F&B industry or similar fast-paced environments is preferred. Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc. Experience handle Walk-in Interview.
