Manage administrative processes related to employees — including personnel data, attendance, leave, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Oversee employee welfare programs such as insurance, BPJS, medical check-ups, and other benefit-related matters. Develop and enhance HR systems, SOPs, and service procedures to improve HR operational efficiency. Provide timely information and administrative assistance to employees in a professional and responsive manner.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field Working Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR administration, employee relations, or HR operations Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other administrative tools Strong understanding of HR processes and employee services Good command of Bahasa Indonesia Knowledge of Basic Industrial Relations is an advantage Holder of a valid SIM A/C (preferred)
