Act as the primary liaison between business users and the offshore development team. Gather, document, and validate user requirements and use cases. Coordinate and manage the implementation and testing of software solutions. Monitor progress of development tasks and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities. Provide first-level support to users and help troubleshoot issues post-deployment. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
