Production Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Make production planning including the use of machines, raw materials, production support materials and human resources. 2. Supervise all production activities to comply with standard operating procedures. 3. Ensure production results are in accordance with predetermined production targets. 4. Analyze and evaluate all production activities and results 5. Make reports on production results, production quality, problems and corrective actions taken. 6. Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission - vision and Corporate Culture
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
1. Minimum education D3/D4 or S1 Industrial Engineering or similar field. 2. Have at least 2 years of work experience in the same position. 3. Dominant type, strong leadership, tenacious, can work together in a team, strong motivation, analytical thinking. 4. Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing goals in a fast-paced work environment. 5. Basic computer literacy, can enter excel data, can also read data, tables, graphs. 6. Willing to work shifts, and willing to work in Textile environment (hot, noisy, dust) 7. Familiar with seven tools & 8 steps of problem solving, Knowledge / mastery of Kaizen, Lean concepts is a plus
