IT Business Analyst
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements (BRD, FSD). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Develop process models, user stories, and workflow documentation. Support system integration, testing (UAT/SIT), and deployment. Identify and recommend process improvements and digital solutions in automotive operations.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the automotive industry. Proficient in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
