Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Provide operational HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Handle employee queries and requests in a professional and timely manner Coordinate and manage general affairs tasks, such as office maintenance, vendor management, and administrative support Act as the main point of contact for Korean-speaking employees and stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and GA processes and practices Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or GA role, preferably in a corporate environment Strong command of both the Korean and Indonesian languages, both written and verbal Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
