Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Human Resources or Recruitment role Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
