Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by preparing client-related documents and other sales-related documents, including, but not limited to, quotations, tenders, invoices, etc. Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on orders by liaising with customers, vendors, and internal departments, with professionalism and good mannerism Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer loyalty Contact vendors and distributors for sales-related matters including, but not limited to, verifying stock availability, lead time, warranty of the products, etc. Attend IT related meetings, events, and seminars Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned
