Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for redesign or improvement. Design, develop, and manage the full product lifecycle, from definition and planning to production, launch, and iteration. Lead a team of Product Owners in their day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with overall product vision, priorities, and delivery timelines. Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, technical performance, and post-launch support. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and data teams to deliver high-quality products and enhancements on time. Gather and interpret customer insights to guide product decisions, especially for peer-to-peer interactions, trust, and engagement features. Monitor key metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform ongoing improvements and new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Strong background in software engineering and hands-on experience in product management. Proven experience managing a product through all stages of its lifecycle from concept to post-launch iteration. Having a project management certification (e.g., PMP) and a Risk Management certification from AFPI is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Familiarity with peer-to-peer platforms dynamics is an advantage.
