Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and benefits administration Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations Partner with managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Contribute to the design and delivery of HR-related training and development programmes Support the implementation of HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support organisational objectives
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indonesia labour laws and regulations, training and OD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
