Utilize internal channels and job portals to actively source and engage with potential candidates. Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial interviews for selected positions under the guidance of the recruitment team. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring assessments, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed.
Final-year student or recent graduate from any major. Previous internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred. Hands-on experience in headhunting and building candidate pipelines across multiple channels and professional networks is an advantage. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.
