Lead and manage all HR activities, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll, BPJS, employment contracts, and industrial relations. Ensure manpower needs across operational areas (couriers, drivers, administrative staff, etc.) are fulfilled on time. Develop and implement performance management systems and provide recommendations for promotion, transfer, or compensation. Design and execute employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Act as a strategic business partner to management in improving employee engagement and organisational performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in logistics, express, or transportation industry. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
