Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans aligned with company objectives. Lead and mentor the internal audit team to ensure effective execution of audit assignments. Evaluate and enhance internal control systems, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Prepare detailed audit reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, compliance, and financial integrity. Conduct special audits and investigations as required. Willing to travel across business units for on-site audit assignments.
