Implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and strategy Provide strategic support to Regional Manager related to HR operations and management Manage employee relations, productivity, training programs, and employee development Ensure fulfillment of manpower needs at the regional level Maintain cooperation and monitor vendor performance, including outsourcing partners in the region Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary cases or fraud Facilitate engagement programs to increase employee retention and satisfaction Control compliance with safety and health management in the region
Bachelor’s degree in any major Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations Proactive, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills Able to work closely with management and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Willing to visit hubs to conduct onboarding, engagement events, and investigations
