IT Infrastructures Specialist
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Proactively monitor IT applications and infrastructure to ensure system stability and availability. Operate and manage data center activities efficiently and securely, including hardware management, physical security, and compliance with operational standards and SLAs. Analyze IT resource utilization trends to support business growth and operational efficiency. Prepare periodic IT capacity reports and develop short and long term capacity strategies.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations. Strong understanding of Data Center Operations, Network Operations Center, Operating Systems, and Virtualization. Proficiency in Network Performance Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, Windows Server OS, Linux OS, Configuration Management, TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching. Active English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
