Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Management, Psychology At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Understand and strong in Legal, Recruitment, Organization & People Development, ComBen, HR Services, Industrial Relation, K3 and ISO 9001:2015. Good in Managerial Team, Leadership, Negotiation and Communication Skill. Understand UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003 Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Systems. Able to work under pressure
