People Development Specialist (Holding Company)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across subsidiaries. · Develop a competency development roadmap for both short-term and long-term business needs. · Design and implement training programs for all job levels (staff, supervisor, manager). · Build leadership, technical, and soft skill development curricula. · Manage and optimize the group’s LMS for digital learning. · Create, upload, and administer e-learning content (videos, interactive modules, microlearning). · Ensure integration of LMS with HRIS systems. · Analyze LMS data (learning progress, completion rate, learning impact) to improve training programs. · Develop talent pools and succession planning for critical positions.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. · Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development / Talent Management, preferably in group-level or multi-entity organizations. · Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including e-learning content development. · Familiar with Training Needs Analysis, Learning Evaluation (Kirkpatrick/ROI), and Assessment Centers. · Experienced in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Competency Framework development. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and learning analytics. · Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. · Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage. · Willing to be based at PIK, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
