Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies and talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Oversee cross-border talent deployment processes, including workforce mobility, relocation, and compliance with local & international labor regulations. Build and maintain a strategic candidate pipeline and partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks. Analyze and prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring capability development, performance management, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to streamline recruitment governance and ensure consistent implementation of global hiring standards. Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital talent marketing.
