
Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from end-users in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems, providing immediate support or escalating to the appropriate team Coordinate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems, software, and infrastructure Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT equipment and applications Maintain detailed records of IT support activities and ensure proper documentation of all incidents and resolutions Continuously monitor and optimise the performance and reliability of IT systems to minimise downtime Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Helpdesk IT or IT support role Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve IT-related issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels Thorough understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques Experience in providing training and support for IT systems and applications Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and productivity suites A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service Experience supporting or using blockchain-based applications (DApps). Basic understanding of cybersecurity and incident response. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation.
