Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Change Management, Corporate Culture Management, Competency Based Human Resource Management, Counseling & Mentoring Skills, Human Resources Information System Skills. Able to design KPI, SOP, competency matrix and training. Understand UU Ketenagakerjaan. Detail oriented and able to multitasking. Strong analytical and leadership skills.
