Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Recruitment or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end Recruitment processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in HR data management tools and systems (Microsoft Excel, Psychometric Test, etc) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Working days: Monday to Friday. Placement: Headquarter Office at Sunter, North Jakarta.
