
Provide daily technical support for IT operations and end-users. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Assist in IT asset management and system documentation. Coordinate with vendors or higher level IT teams for issue escalation.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (min. GPA 3.00). 1-3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles. Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
