Warehouse Coordinator
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures to minimise waste and ensure the availability of products Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and generate reports as required Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills
