
Bachelor’s degree from any major. Proven ability to manage dealer relationships and develop sales strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop business initiatives. Strong project management and coordination skills. Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel and conduct regular customer visits. Passionate about sales and interior design, with the ability to provide recommendations for product layout that are both attractive and functional (especially for the Proshop Sales Designer position). As a Proshop Sales Engineer at Daikin Proshop Indonesia, you are responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business initiatives within the Proshop channel. This role focuses on expanding market opportunities, ensuring Proshop dealers achieve their sales targets, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with all Proshop partners.
