· Experienced in human resource process in manufacturing by foreign or western companies in Indonesia · Proven experience in leading, motivating, and coordinating with employees at all levels · Results driven with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and targets · Hands-on experienced in implementing continuous improvement programs and utilizing Six Sigma tools, methodologies and related continuous improvement tools, in similar manufacturing environment, which includes analyzing, organizing and leading in implementing a continuous improvement program at a facility, will be considered as strong advantage · A dynamic person with personal initiative, people oriented with strong people focused values · An energetic self-starter who thrives on building and changing an organization · Effective communication skills with the capacity to succinctly convey ideas, primarily in English (basic Chinese as secondary language an advantage). · Ability to use good verbal and written communication skills to interact, inspire and collaborate effectively with staff and team members at all levels at this facility in Bahasa and English with our foreign staff of all levels also (ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a big advantage) · Proven personal characteristics for success in this position are, as follows: Problem solver, and results driven with personal integrity of the highest level is required including adherence to confidentiality, regulations and ethical standards Strong positive outlook, optimistic, resilient character and open to change through continuous personal development and learning to be the best in class Naturally inquisitive with a humble learning mindset to become a successful professional, such as has the humility to ask others to teach or train him or her to update and upgrade own knowledge and skills or also share own knowledge and skills with others in the team or company willingly Genuinely self-motivated with strong perseverance and determination and has a strong work ethic in self-management to become a successful professional, with potential leadership traits and ambition to be successful Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, human resource management or relevant field required (relevant advanced degree an advantage). · Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position with foreign owned factory in Indonesia · Practical experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment · Effective presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to company leadership team (primarily in English language required) · Effective inter-personal and communication skills to communicate at levels of a company
