
Assist with the administration of employee benefits including claims, reimbursement, and other perks Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain HR policies and procedures Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative tasks as required.
1-2 years of experience in HR administration, or related position are welcome A person who experienced handle a-lot of softcopy/hardcopy claim or handling invoice documents Proficient in HR-related software and data management systems (Example : Google workspace, Spreadsheets, Excel, and HRIS) Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team A detailed and diligent person
