Analyze business requirements related to HRIS and payroll processes. Develop comprehensive documentation such as BRD, SRS/FSD, workflow diagrams, use cases, ERD, and SOPs. Design effective system workflows, modules, and integrations for HR, payroll, attendance, leave, claim, and other HRIS features. Act as the bridge between end-users and technical teams (developers, QA, UI/UX) to ensure alignment and clarity. Conduct functional testing and support UAT to validate that system features meet expected specifications. Evaluate current system functionalities and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability. Assist clients during implementation, data migration, and go-live phases. Ensure compliance with data security standards and Indonesian labor and tax regulations. Support the payroll operations team in processing monthly payroll for clients with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure smooth and on-time payroll cycles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computerized Accounting, or a related field. Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role (preferably within HRIS/Payroll systems). Skilled in creating structured, detailed, and accurate analysis documentation. Ability to map complex business processes and convert them into clear technical requirements. Familiarity with analysis and diagramming tools such as draw.io, Figma, UML, or similar. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
