Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to provide key intelligence that drives product innovation and rapid response to consumer needs. Strengthen brand recognition by mastering product knowledge, supporting KA customers with impactful displays, promotions, and training to boost sales performance. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse teams and swiftly resolving logistics issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Manage payment collections and support accurate order settlements to ensure smooth cash flow and clear accounts. Track and analyze customer satisfaction to provide insights that drive continuous service improvement and overall business growth.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields preferred. Over 3 years of toy industry sales experience with strong KA channel networks in Indonesia, preferably with expertise in alloy cars or model toys. Strong sales and negotiation skills, market analysis expertise, deep toy industry knowledge, effective cross-team collaboration, and proficiency in data processing tools like Excel. Customer-focused, collaborative, adaptable, eager to learn, and resilient under pressure to consistently deliver results in a competitive market. Fluent in English and Indonesian for business communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus. Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B online grocery platform serving SMEs in Indonesia.
