Network Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provide customer service related to network and system issues. Perform configuration and analysis of NMS, for example: PRTG. Conduct configuration and troubleshooting of Switching & Routing. Perform Linux Server maintenance. Prepare routine service reports.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Networking. Minimum 1 year of work experience in Networking. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Patient, friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented. Strong enthusiasm for learning and growth (passion for learning). Understands the concepts of TCP/IP, Switching & Routing. Proficient in Network devices such as Mikrotik and Cisco. Willing to work in shifting schedules
