Provide full administrative and operational support to senior management. Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external partners. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing itineraries. Attend meetings to support translation (Mandarin–English/Indonesian) and ensure accurate communication. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents as required. Liaise with China-based partners, suppliers, or stakeholders for business coordination.
Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Business, Management, or related fields preferred). Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (required). Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator, or Admin Support. Experience in the new energy / mining / EV / renewable energy sector is an advantage but not mandatory. Willing to work in Sudirman area, South Jakarta
