Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure server or a similar role. Strong technical skills in server and storage management (Windows Server, Linux/Unix, NAS/SAN, RAID, Veeam). Proficiency in networking and security (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, SDN, firewall, antivirus). Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, HCI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, Nagios) and ITSM/ticketing systems. Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation. Knowledge of IT compliance & standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR). Understanding of cybersecurity practices and patch management. Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel or be assigned to various operational sites as needed.
