Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to Treasury operations, including system enhancements, integrations, risk management tools, and regulatory updates. Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Oversee implementation of Treasury-related platforms such as TMS (Treasury Management Systems), Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office solutions. Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors for project execution, system upgrades, and new feature rollouts. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ALM, Basel III, liquidity reporting, market risk requirements). Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk logs. Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), drive issue resolution, and ensure successful deployment. Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior management. Implement best practices in IT governance, documentation, and change management specific to Treasury operations. Support post-implementation reviews to ensure system performance meets business needs.
