
Prepare, review, and submit all company tax reports (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 26) accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with current tax regulations and company policies. Conduct tax reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all tax transactions. Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws to provide timely updates and recommendations. Support tax audits and prepare all necessary supporting documents. Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify data for tax calculations and reporting. Communicate and liaise with tax authorities and external consultants as needed. Assist in tax planning to optimize the company’s tax position within legal boundaries. Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation for all tax-related activities. Contribute to process improvements and compliance initiatives in the Finance Department.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Economics. · Having a Brevet A & B certification (Tax Brevet) is strongly preferred. · Understanding of Indonesian tax laws (UU Pajak) and current regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/26, etc.). · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tax reporting, compliance, or accounting (fresh graduates with strong tax knowledge may be considered). · Experience with e-faktur, e-bupot, e-SPT, and DJP Online systems. · Strong knowledge of corporate tax calculations and reporting procedures. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/tax software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar). · Good analytical and problem-solving skills. · Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. · Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and tax authorities. · Experience liaising with KPP (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak) or tax consultants. · Fluent in English, both written and spoken (for multinational companies).
